Stabbing victim remains in hospital after stabbing attack

A man is still recovering in hospital after a stabbing attack in Bristol, police have confirmed.

A second victim was released after the stabbing at around 04:40 BST on Sunday near Stapleton Road, Easton.

Eleven men arrested for attempted murder have been released on bail.

Avon and Somerset Police were given enhanced stop and search powers in the area after the incident, with a main road closed.

There were three separate knife attacks in the town over the weekend, with officers called to Easton, Lockleaze and Keynsham.

Police said a man arrested in connection with Sunday's incident on Aesop Drive in Keynsham had also been released on bail.

The force continues to appeal for information about the three incidents.
