A blond knifeman who went on a rampage through Massachusetts and allegedly stabbed six people, including four young girls at a movie theater, is being investigated for another murder, it has been reported .

Jared Ravizza, 26, of Chilmark, a town on Martha's Vineyard, faces multiple charges, including assault with intent to murder, after six people were stabbed in separate attacks Saturday night.

Four girls aged 9 to 17 were stabbed at an AMC multiplex in Braintree, around 6 p.m., by a man with a knife who was “laughing the whole time”. A 21-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man were stabbed about an hour later at a McDonald's in Plymouth, about 30 miles from the theater.

Ravizza is also under investigation for another murder in Connecticut after police found a body Saturday afternoon in the small rural town of Deep River, WVIT reported. The identity of the victim has not yet been released.

Ravizza, who remains in custody and will be arraigned today in Massachusetts, was previously arrested in April and charged with battery, as well as vandalism, after allegedly attacking his father Jason, court records showed.

Jason, a psychologist with more than 35 years of experience, told police that Ravizza “just had a mental breakdown and attacked him” inside his home. The 26-year-old's neighbors say Ravizza is a “crazy man” and was “very close” to his father.

It has now emerged that Ravizza may have led an attack in rural Connecticut before carrying out his attacks in Massachusetts on Saturday.

Connecticut State Police were called to a residence in Deep River, a small town in Middlesex County, shortly after 3:30 p.m. following reports of a disturbance.

When police arrived, they discovered the body of a dead man.

Neighbors told Boston 25 that the victim, who has not yet been named, and the suspect were both short-term tenants at the Deep River property.

They allege the couple had been “living together for 2.5 weeks,” “had a few dogs” and had been heard arguing a few days before.

Ravizza was arrested in Sandwich, Massachusetts – the oldest town on Cape Cod – on Saturday evening after his alleged stabbing on the South Shore.

The suspect, wearing a blonde wig, allegedly entered the AMC Braintree 10 in South Boston around 6 p.m. Saturday without a movie ticket and attacked the girls without provocation.

The girls, aged 9 to 17, were inside the theater when the individual suddenly attacked them “without saying anything and without any warning” before fleeing.

Lisa Dembowski said her three daughters and their friend were the only people inside the theater when he attacked them.

“My oldest was bending over to get something, he put it in the back, then my other daughter in the upper chest, and then my youngest daughter on his arm, laughing the whole time, then grabbed their friend , then ran,” Dembowski told NBC Boston.

The four people were injured but not life-threatening and were taken to hospital.

After fleeing the movie theater, Ravizza allegedly went to a rest stop on Route 3 in Plymouth where he stabbed two McDonald's employees around 7 p.m.

Surveillance video appears to show Ravizza allegedly reaching through the drive-thru window and stabbing the 29-year-old man with a large knife, according to the prosecutor's office.

He allegedly parked his black Porsche in the parking lot and ran inside where he stabbed a 21-year-old woman before fleeing the scene.

Both victims were taken to hospital with injuries.

After reviewing surveillance footage, police released a description of the suspect's car. They located him in Sandwich, but after he failed to stop, Ravizza led police on a car chase that ended in a car crash.

Ravizza was arrested in April in Martha's Vineyard and charged with battery on a member of his family or household, as well as vandalism, after allegedly attacking his father, according to court records, the Boston Globe reported.

His father told police that Ravizza “just had a mental breakdown and attacked him” inside his home, according to the police report.

The newspaper reported that Ravizza was sent to Martha's Vineyard Hospital for a mental health evaluation, but “did not meet the standards to be detained there,” the report said. The Edgartown case was sent to pretrial diversion.

It was not immediately clear whether Ravizza had an attorney who could speak on his behalf. No phone listing could be found in Ravizza's name.

Authorities located Ravizza in Sandwich, Massachusetts, but after he failed to stop, he led police on a car chase that ended in a car crash.

The former UMass student claimed to run a “global digital marketing and social media management agency” with offices in Manhattan, Beverly Hills, Paris and Naples.

But friends from his old college lacrosse team told Dailymail.com they remembered him simply as a “strange guy.”

“He only went to school with us for a semester and then disappeared off the face of the earth,” Jay Gallipo said. “He was a social media influencer at the time, it was kind of a joke with us.

“The only person he was close to was his sister Kate, he was perfectly nice but kind of weird.”

Ravizza has lived for three years on the island that is home to politicians and celebrities and was often seen in the company of a man he introduced as his father, according to the Martha's Vineyard Times.

The family lives in a $565,000 home in the western Massachusetts town of Agawam, where her father Jason Ravizza works as a licensed mental health counselor.

The University of Massachusetts Amherst graduate is a licensed school principal and has focused on working with youth “paying attention to the whole person, helping to unlock each person's full potential as than being human,” according to a biography.

He describes himself as an “artist, professional model, skier and social entrepreneur.”

In December 2021, Ravizza was profiled by the MV Times and claimed to run a charity called Ravizza Global Initiative.

He explained that his family had been coming to the area for a long time and vaguely explained the goals of his initiative.

“We spend a lot of time in Vineyard, Massachusetts, and I just want people to know how approachable I am,” he said.

“I see it as a movement and a lifestyle, as well as an initiative that we do to change people's lives, to inspire them. It’s a lifelong bond, a lifelong relationship, being there, being a mentor.

Following his arrest, the newspaper spoke to residents who recalled a series of “bizarre and hostile interactions in public places”, including at a local yoga studio.

Ravizza successfully petitioned the Dukes County Local Court last month to change his name from Jared Christian Ravizza Jones to Jared Love Jones.

Previously, he had earned a series of glowing profiles on obscure news sites, including snowmag.com and beverlyhillsmagazine.com.

“Jared Ravizza is more than just a media mogul and serial entrepreneur. He is an American model and professional skier,” it reads.

“Most importantly, he is a family oriented man who spends quality time kitesurfing, surfing and playing tennis with his family in his free time.”
