Stabbing inside North Philadelphia home injures 2 men – NBC10 Philadelphia

Philadelphia police are investigating after two people were stabbed in North Philadelphia Tuesday morning, according to a police department spokesperson. A suspect has been arrested.

The stabbing incident happened at a home in the 1400 block of North Dover Street around 11:15 a.m., police said.

Authorities said a man in his 50s was stabbed once in each of his hands. He was transported to a nearby hospital and is in stable condition.

A man in his 60s was stabbed once in the left leg and was taken to a nearby hospital where he is in stable condition, according to police.

Investigators say the scene was secured and a person of interest was taken into custody.

A knife and a gun were found at the scene of the attack, authorities said.
