Stabbing in the Bronx subway: a man stabbed on the No. 2 train in the Melrose section

MELROSE, The Bronx (WABC) — Police are investigating after a person was stabbed on a subway train in the Bronx on Wednesday.

Authorities say the attack happened shortly after 3 p.m. at the Jackson Avenue subway station in the Melrose neighborhood.

They say a man was stabbed on a southbound No. 2 train.

No further details have been provided at this time.
