According to Pittsburgh Public Safety spokesperson Emily Bourne, police responded around 4:30 p.m. to the 300 block of Third Avenue. There they found a man with a single stab wound to his shoulder. Bourne said he was alert, conscious and speaking with officers. He was transported to a nearby hospital in stable condition. Pittsburgh police are investigating.
