Portland police are investigating a stabbing that led to a car crash Friday afternoon. Police said a 56-year-old man was stabbed and was driving despite his serious injuries.

The man was swerving into oncoming lanes of Northeast 102nd before crashing head-on near the intersection with Northeast Sacramento, police said.

The driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash was also injured, but his condition has not been released.

Police did not say where the man was stabbed.
