Somers teen arrested for stabbing father

A Somers teen is behind bars this morning for stabbing his father, according to state police.

They say the stabbing stemmed from a domestic incident.

Marino DeRosa, 19, was arrested at the scene.

The victim was transported to Westchester Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Court documents show a judge signed a temporary extreme risk protection order against the younger DeRosa after a request from state police.

DeRosa faces assault charges.
