Shocking allegations emerge from Ye's sexual harassment trial

Shocking allegations have emerged from Ye's sexual harassment lawsuit filed by his ex-assistant, including that the rapper's ex-assistant was locked in a room while he pleasured himself.

Sunday (June 9), XXL has won the sexual harassment lawsuit filed by Ye's ex-assistant Lauren Pisciotta against the rap mogul. Pisciotta claims Ye offered her a $1 million salary to come work for him and delete her OnlyFans account, which she did in June 2021. Shortly after, she claims Ye began harassing her sexually.

The allegations :

• You reportedly often sent Pisciotta videos of himself having sex. He also sent her extremely sexual text messages: “See, my problem is that I want to fuck, but after I fuck, I want a girl to tell me how bad she was fucked for that I'm fucking. Fuck them,” one of the texts allegedly read. “So I want her to cheat on me.”

• The rap mogul also expressed his sexual fantasies in his text messages: “Is my asshole racist? He is. This fucking racist asshole of mine,” Ye allegedly wrote in another text. “I'm going to beat the shit out of this fucking racist bastard for being racist. I'm going to look at pictures of white women with black asses and get rid of my fucking racist d**k… Beat the shit out of this fat man black asshole.”

• You often complimented Pisciotta in sexual ways, including saying things like the sound of his voice turned him on. You were also obsessed with the penis size of Pisciotta's boyfriends and often asked her to deliver “honey.” The honey was a “sexual enhancement and performance honey”.

• Pisciotta claimed she was responsible for finding women for Ye and his wife Bianca Censori to sleep with. Pisciotta often had to coordinate Uber rides for said women: “On one such occasion, in August 2022, after Plaintiff arranged an Uber ride, Kanye West, aka Ye, and Bianca Censori called Plaintiff to discuss the orgy (five-person) they had. participated the day before,” the lawsuit states.

• You also allegedly asked Censori to grant sexual favors to him and his friends. “In August 2022, at the Yeezy/Gap office, Kanye West, aka Ye, asked the plaintiff to remove her cardigan while she was in the office because he said 'it covered too much,'” it reads in the complaint. “Later that evening at the office, Kanye West, aka Ye, asked Bianca Censori and other female guests to perform oral sex on him and her male guests in the office locker room. During That same period, Kanye West, aka Ye, asked the Yeezy/Gap office's design assistants why the plaintiff did not want to have sex with him. The defendant was extremely upset and angry at the. idea that the complainant is dating or having sex with someone else, but not with him.

• In 2022, Pisciotta said in the lawsuit, she was on a flight with Ye and his employees en route to the Yeezy fashion show in Paris. West allegedly sent him a text asking for a “hug,” which Pisciotta said elsewhere in the lawsuit was Ye’s way of asking for sexual favors. When Pisciotta refused the “hug,” Ye asked if he could speak to her privately in his room. Once inside the room, which apparently could not be opened from the inside, Ye masturbated under the covers of his bed before falling asleep. Pisciotta sat opposite him in a chair.

• You often lied about having sex with Pisciotta, bragging about it to her friends while she was within earshot. “(West) also falsely implied that he had had sexual relations with (Pisciotta) or that he allegedly insinuated to his friends, business partners and music and fashion collaborators that he had had sexual relations with ( she),” we can read in the complaint.

• The mogul allegedly demanded to have sex with Pisciotta after following her to the bathroom during a work dinner. You also asked to have a threesome with her, and you once FaceTimed her at home with a friend to ask if she could have phone sex with her friend.

• The suit claims that Ye asked Pisciotta to come to his hotel room in Malibu, California, to “fix her Netflix account” but that he tried to convince her to have sex with him. “West asked (Pisciotta) to come to his hotel (Nobu in Malibu, Calif.) because he said he needed her to fix his Netflix account,” the lawsuit states. “Once (Pisciotta) arrived, (West) admitted that (he) brought him to his hotel because he wanted a hug for his birthday.”

• Pisciotta was fired from her role in October 2022. The suit claims Ye began stalking her and even moved into the building where she lived after she was fired.

West has denied all allegations made against him through his attorney Brian Brumfield. In a statement from his lawyers shared with XXLBrumfield said it was Pisciotta who initiated the sexual relations with the tycoon and that she often acted unprofessionally, leading to her firing.

“During her employment, Ms. Pisciotta propositioned Ye for sex on his birthday, which he refused, sent him unsolicited nude images, sexual narratives and was seen twerking in the office during business hours,” the statement read in part.

Pisciotta claims she was fired in October 2022 and that Ye said he would pay her a $3 million severance package. She says she agreed but never received it. Pisciotta is suing Ye for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and hostile work environment.
