Second teen arrested in fatal Stockton shooting

An 18-year-old man was arrested in Long Beach last week in connection with a homicide in Stockton in April. The arrest comes weeks after another 18-year-old man was arrested over the same incident. Rafael Galvan was arrested by the Long Beach Police Department on Friday. He was interviewed by Stockton detectives and booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on Tuesday on a homicide charge. The arrest stems from a deadly shooting on April 6 in the area of ​​Wood Duck Circle and Quail Lakes Drive. In that incident, officers responding to a report of an accident found a man in his 20s suffering from a gunshot wound. He died on the spot. On May 6, Jadari Benson was arrested during a traffic stop by the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office in connection with the shooting. Officials have not said what led to the shooting.
