A second individual has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old boy outside a Golden Strip restaurant in Loyalsock Township in early May, according to a report from PennLive.com – but the identity of the individual and the charges filed are unknown. because the documents in the case are sealed.

District Attorney Tom A. Marino declined to comment, saying only that the second individual is not the alleged shooter of 17-year-old Ahmeen Palmer of Williamsport.

The shooter, who police say is likely in Philadelphia, has not been apprehended, Marino told PennLive. The first person charged, Johneice Francin Legare, 37, is believed to be linked to the shooter. According to PennLive, documents in his case are also sealed, but his identity was made known during a bail hearing in April. She is jailed in lieu of $250,000 bail.

Preliminary hearings were scheduled for Tuesday for Legare and the other individual, but they continued at the request of defense attorneys.

Marino alleged that Legare drove to the restaurant shortly before the May shooting. After the fatal shooting, the suspect got into Legare's car and drove him and another family member, first to their then-home in the Williamsport area and then to Philadelphia. Legare and the shooter, Marino told PennLive, threw a gun and cell phones along Interstate 80.
