Sean Diddy Combs charged with four alleged sexual assault cases in new trial –

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sued again by a woman who claims he sexually assaulted her. April Lampros filed her suit in a New York court on May 23. She is represented by Tyrone A. Blackburn, the attorney who also represents Rodney Jones Jr. in his alleged sexual assault trial against Diddy.

Lampros claims she had “four terrifying sexual encounters” with Diddy and that the producer “had a terrible temper” which she says led him to threaten to harm her.

Lampros claims her “first horrible sexual encounter” with Diddy took place in New York in 1995. She claims he pressured her to drink at a bar before taking her back to a hotel room and rape her.

The second alleged assault allegedly took place in a New York parking lot. Lampros claims Diddy allegedly forced her to have oral sex. The third alleged assault allegedly took place at Diddy's New York apartment in 1996. She claims Diddy forced her and Kim Porter to “take ecstasy” and have sex with each other. with the other while Diddy watched. She also claims that Diddy also allegedly forcefully penetrated and raped her that night. The fourth alleged assault allegedly took place after Diddy's apology, when he “violently grabbed her and (allegedly) forced himself on her.”

Lampros is suing Diddy for alleged battery, alleged assault, alleged sexual assault, negligent infliction of emotion and alleged violation of New York's Gender-Based Violence Protection Act.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sued multiple times in recent months for alleged sexual assault. CNN recently released surveillance footage from Diddy's hotel that appears to show him physically assaulting his former partner Cassie in 2016. Diddy released an apology video and Cassie thanked people for their support in a public statement.
