Santa Rosa police were searching Thursday for a Santa Rosa woman accused of stabbing a 34-year-old Graton woman at least five times in the upper torso during an argument.

Nacomee Paula Perez, 44, is wanted for attempted murder and should be considered armed and dangerous, according to the Santa Rosa Police Department.

She is accused of stabbing an acquaintance during an argument Thursday morning in the 2600 block of McBride Lane.

Police said friends took the victim to a local hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities were notified of the incident around 4:10 a.m. Thursday.

Perez is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs about 180 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes, police said.
