'Sandlot' Actor Tom Guiry Arrested for Throwing Dumbbell at Car Windshield

TMZ obtained video of the alleged incident … and it appears to show Tom throwing a huge weight at a car windshield, completely shattering it.

The footage is absolutely crazy… you see Tom bring the dumbbell behind his head then drop it onto a white jeep… before crossing two manicured lawns to get back inside… all while the dumbbell rolls on the hood. .

The Horry County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ … Tom was arrested on June 2 after officers responded to a disturbance call and found him in the middle of the street.

Cops say they started talking to Tom and he was asking about his wife…and that's when the owner of the Jeep yelled at Tom, “Really? My window was broken.”

HCSO says Tom responded… “That sucks man, I'll give you your money back, I'm sorry, I'll get you back.” Police say he also excitedly said, “I did it. I'm sorry man. I'll come back and get you…I…sorry bro, I'll pay you back.”

Tom is shredding his Smalls character, it seems…deputies say the owner of the Jeep told them Tom used a 35-pound dumbbell to damage his windshield.

Maybe dude went to the gym!!!

Things got even more tense… cops say the victim told them Tom also came up to her door and rang the doorbell with a knife in his hand… and that also seems to match the video.

Ultimately, Tom was arrested and convicted of assault, disorderly conduct, and willful damage.

This isn't the first time Tom has been arrested… as we first told you, in 2013 he was arrested in Texas after allegedly trying to kick a cop in the face and headbutting him.
