A six-time convicted San Bernardino County man accused of shooting two people last year outside a San Bernardino sports bar was sentenced Friday to 125 months in federal prison.

Rafeal Yanni, 31, pleaded guilty in April to one count of possession of ammunition, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

“This defendant’s criminal conduct resulted in two injured and traumatized victims…” U.S. Attorney Martin Estrada said in a news release.

The San Bernadino resident was seen fighting with two victims at a sports bar in September, injuring both. Two days after fleeing the scene, Yanni was taken into custody. A loaded “ghost gun” was discovered during a search by authorities inside the car in which he had just traveled to the scene.

Yanni is prohibited from possessing ammunition because of six felony convictions, including assault, firearm possession and unlawful taking of vehicles, from various courts, authorities said.
