Sacramento teenager missing since April 19 seen in Seattle; police worry she may be a victim of human trafficking

A 17-year-old Sacramento girl who has been missing for more than six weeks has been spotted in Seattle and Portland, with police fearing she may be a victim of human trafficking.

Isabel Gallego was last seen on April 19. She is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 105 pounds with brown eyes, green hair and piercings on her face when last seen. It is unknown if his appearance has changed since his disappearance.

Isabel is an independent high school student who has developed a friendship with Kyree Jackson, 25, a man who has two arrest warrants out of Sacramento County for illegal possession of a weapon. fire and motor vehicle theft. The Sacramento Police Department believes Isabel is with Jackson, in light of this information.

The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community's help in locating an at-risk missing person.

The missing person is Isabel Gallego, 17 years old. Gallego is at risk because of his age.

According to The Sacramento Bee, Gallego was not in his room the morning of April 20 and his phone had been left behind. Detectives learned that after leaving Sacramento, she spent several days in Portland before finally arriving in Seattle.

“It’s been excruciating,” Isabel’s mother, Julie Gallego, told CBS News. “Absolutely horrible.”

“It really seemed out of character for her,” added Isabel’s father, Richard Gallego. “Recently, she was talking about her future career as a social worker helping at-risk children. She had plans for the future.

The parents told law enforcement involved in the case that Jackson came to their home about two weeks before Isabel disappeared.

Jackson was introduced by Isabel to his parents when he was 19, according to The Sacramento Bee. Julie Gallego told police that her daughter and her friends knew Jackson as “a pimp.” Jackson is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 165 pounds.

Gallego is reportedly with Kyree Jackson, who is approximately 5’7″ and weighs approximately 165 pounds. Jackson has two outstanding felony warrants in Sacramento County.
