Sacramento juveniles arrested after 'causing ruckus' near DOCO, police say

A handful of juveniles who were “causing a disturbance” in downtown Sacramento Friday night were arrested for violating the curfew, police said. The situation unfolded near the DOCO area after 9:45 p.m. with “minors running around, causing a ruckus,” police said. One of those arrested threw a metal pipe at an officer, police said.
