Ryan Garcia Reportedly Arrested for Criminal Vandalism in Beverly HIlls

Ryan Garcia was reportedly arrested Saturday by Beverly Hills police for vandalism at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Beverly Hills. The story was interrupted by TMZwhich included video of the fighter presumably being taken away by police. TMZ quotes Garcia's attorney as saying the fighter known as King Ry “was taken by BHPD to a local hospital for evaluation and treatment and, as far as we know, could be charged with public intoxication.” According to TMZ, law enforcement said “the boxer was arrested and taken into custody after allegedly damaging property in the hotel, including his room and the hallway.”

The arrest came just days after police conducted a health check on Garcia at the same hotel. In truth, many have found Garcia's behavior alarming for some time now. His public comments have randomly gone from correct to wrong (a real contradiction). Additionally, he claimed to have been drinking before his victory over Devin Haney in April and then tested positive for having a banned substance in his system (Garcia said he never intentionally took the substance).
