Roxbury man arrested after drugs seized during traffic stop for tinted windows

NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WWLP) – A Roxbury man was arrested early Friday morning after drugs were seized during a traffic stop.

According to Massachusetts State Police, around 3:30 a.m., a white Jeep SUV was stopped for illegal window tinting on Elm Street in North Attleboro.

The vehicle was towed after the officer deemed it unsafe to drive in the dark as the transparency was 8%, which is below the legal limit of 35%.

After an inventory search, police discovered approximately 360 grams of crack cocaine. The driver, 29 years old Derrel Graham of Roxbury, was arrested and now faces multiple charges, including trafficking cocaine and illegal window tinting. Bail is set at $100,000.
