Riverside man arrested and accused of inappropriately touching customer at Rancho Cucamonga massage parlor – Daily Bulletin

A Riverside man suspected of inappropriately touching a customer at a massage parlor in Rancho Cucamonga was arrested last week, and authorities say there may be other victims.

Charles Russell, a certified masseuse, was arrested June 12 after a client reported to authorities that he was touched inappropriately during a massage in May at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located along from the 8700 block of 19th Street, near Carnelian Street. according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.

Russell, 56, was incarcerated on suspicion of sexual assault and false imprisonment. The Sheriff's Department posted his photo on social media and it can be viewed here.
