SPARTANBURG COUNTY, SC (WSPA) – The End Of Watch: Ride to Remember 2024, presented by Beyond the Call of Duty, will make a stop at the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday.

It is a 40-foot memorial trailer and four motorcycles that honor fallen officers from 2022 to 2023, including fallen Spartanburg County Deputy Austin Aldridge.

This Sunday will mark the 30th day of their 73-day journey across the United States.

Beyond the Call of Duty is a non-profit organization dedicated to first responders.

“Our goal is to ensure that no police officer is forgotten, that their families know that their loved one has not been forgotten; and that there is recognition, support and understanding to help them heal,” Beyond the Call of Duty officials said. “We also support department safety and training to help reduce the number of fallen officers we see each year. Together we can make a difference”

The public is invited to attend the End of Watch: Ride to Remember 2024 from noon to 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office.
