Reward of up to $5,000 offered for information on missing woman Ana Barbosa

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A reward of up to $5,000 is now being offered for information that can help locate a Bakersfield woman you last saw or heard from in May.

Kern Secret Witness has said it will offer a reward for information on the whereabouts of Ana Barbosa.

Barbosa, 53, was last seen on May 6 in the Oildale area around 2:15 p.m. She was reported missing to authorities on May 8 by her family and is considered a “critically missing person.”

Barbosa was last seen wearing a beige sweater, black leggings and black Nike shoes.

The sheriff's office released an image of a GMC pickup and surveillance video that may be linked to Barbosa's disappearance. According to warrants obtained by 17 News, family members said Barbosa had been a victim of domestic violence in the past.
