Teens are invited to join the Mentor Public Library Teen Advisory Council.

The board discusses and helps recommend services for teens at the library. That includes making suggestions on teen programs and how to use teen space in the library's main branch, according to a news release.

Participants receive volunteer hours.

The board is open to all teens in grades seven through twelve. The next meeting will be held on June 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the main branch, 8215 Mentor Avenue. Meetings also include a snack and crafts.

Register at www.mentorpl.org or by calling the library at 440-255-8811 ext. 1.
