Prosecutors are seeking a 30-year prison sentence for a man accused of murder, violating the anti-harassment law and other charges for stabbing his former girlfriend to death near JR Hakata Station in Tokyo Prefecture. Fukuoka, last year.

In the fifth session of the trial before a lay judge at the Fukuoka District Court on Monday, prosecutors argued that Susumu Terauchi, the 38-year-old defendant, committed the crime “with the firm intention of killing.” [the woman] with extreme brutality and without the slightest mercy.
