Police search for teen last seen May 22 in Kansas City

The Kansas City, Missouri Police Department is asking for the public's help as they search for a teenager who has been missing for nearly a week. Police say Jaden Fernandez, 17, was last seen on Wednesday, May 22, around 7:30 a.m. in the 10900 block of North Manchester Ave. in Kansas City. A news release describes him as a white man, 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 145 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. The 17-year-old was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and black shorts. KCPD says his family is concerned for his safety.
