Police search for missing 5-year-old girl in Woodstock

WOODSTOCK, Ill. (WIFR) – Woodstock Police and Illinois State Police are asking for help finding a missing 5-year-old girl and two other people.

Taylor Walsh, 5, was last seen around 4:30 p.m. on May 28, leaving 113 Newell Street in Woodstock with Jessica Walsh, 29, and Jeffrey Cook, 57. The three were allegedly traveling in a white 2018 Honda Odyssey pickup truck with an Illinois license. plate number CN70480.

Taylor Walsh is described as 3′8″ tall, weighing 42 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, a multi-colored pastel skirt and a blue denim jacket with braided hair. According to police, Jessica Walsh is approximately 5′3″ tall, weighs 125 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is said to have short “tomboyish” hair, shaved on one side, and may wear a wig. She was last seen wearing a black dress. Jeffrey Cook is described as 5'11″, 165 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Illinois State Police have activated an endangered missing person advisory for the missing child. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Woodstock Police Department at 815-3387-6120 or dial 911.
