Police identify man killed in Wyoming shooting

WYOMING, MI – A man hospitalized after a shooting in Wyoming has died from his injuries, police said.

Wyoming police identified the victim as Marquise Lamar Reid-Moore, 34, of Grand Rapids.

The shooting occurred around 8:20 p.m. on Friday, May 24, in the 3400 block of Woodward Avenue SW.

When officers arrived, they found Reid-Moore suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital where he later died, police said Saturday.

The shooting remains under investigation.
