The deal is said to be in exchange of Rs 6 crore for the actor and Rs 75 lakhs for her.
This apart, this would also include a Mercedes G class for her and Rs 25 lakh to Akshay's secretary Vedant Bali and Rs 1 crore to choreographer Ganesh Acharya.

Post that two people came to his office and he was informed that Akshay would like to watch the show. Akshay was shooting in Ajmer at that time, so he made all arrangements to send Digangana with his editor to Ajmer who had all the episodes on an Ipad. The editor briefly met Akshay Kumar in Ajmer, but Diganaga took the footage from him and went solo to show it to the superstar. She has so far not returned the Ipad and claimed that Akshay had demanded full and final payment of Rs 6 crore in advance, if Manish Harishankar wanted to use her name as a presenter.

When asked to meet Akshay or at least have a conversation with him over phone, the actress reportedly made excuses and didn't arrange the meeting, and that's when Manish decided to file a complaint against her.

Additionally, MH Films has issued a defamation notice against actor Rakesh Bedi and actress
Krishan Parmar, fashion designer of Digangana Suryavanshi. They are accused of making false public statements about the OTT platform's refusal to collaborate, which would have damaged the project's reputation.
