Police attempt to arrest Nicki Minaj in Amsterdam for drug trafficking: 'I'm not going there'

Nicki Minaj was apparently arrested in Amsterdam on Saturday for allegedly transporting drugs – despite the “Super Bass” singer's repeated claim that she had no contraband, according to Instagram Live footage she posted of the incident.

An official said they wanted to arrest the “Bang Bang” rapper for “transporting drugs,” the video shows.

“I’m not going into that. I need a lawyer present,” the 41-year-old replied.

The officer also mentioned their concert scheduled for Saturday night in Manchester, England, and said they would “try to get [her] there” as soon as possible.

“Oh, so I’m under arrest?” » asked Minah, while several police officers repeatedly asked her to stop filming.

In a second video, Minaj appeared to be sitting inside a vehicle while speaking to a man in uniform about her plans to search all of her bags.

“Why didn’t you search it before getting on the plane?” ” she asked.

The man shrugged his shoulders and said the previous officer didn't believe the rap star wasn't carrying drugs — and was upset that she filmed him.

It was not immediately clear whether Minaj – who is currently on her Pink Friday 2 world tour – had actually been booked into a police station.

“Now they said they found some weed and another group of people need to come here to weigh the pre-rolls,” Minaj wrote on X around 10:30 a.m. ET.

“Keep in mind that they took my luggage without my consent. My security has already told them that these pre-rolls belong to him. Oh yes and the pilot wants me to delete my Instagram post,” she added.
