Police are “increasingly concerned” about Charlie’s welfare.

Inspector Dan Welch said: “It has now been over 24 hours since Charlie was last seen, and we are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

“Investigations to find him are ongoing and I would urge anyone who thinks they have seen Charlie since his disappearance, or knows where he is, to contact us.

“The same goes for anyone who has CCTV or dashcam footage of him since his disappearance.

“I would also like to speak directly to Charlie, to ask him to contact me again.”
