Pembroke Pines woman charged with human trafficking, exploitation of dependent women

A Pembroke Pines woman has been charged with human trafficking and exploiting drug addicted women for her profit.

The Pembroke Pines Police Department (PPPD) discovered that Elisa Mizrachi recruited several women suffering from fentanyl and heroin addictions and coerced them into having sex in exchange for money.

The women were allegedly recruited in Miami and one in Pennsylvania, on the promise that Mizrachi would allow them to earn money and access drugs.

Once these women were in Pembroke Pines with Mizrachi, she would take photos of each of the victims and post the photos on commercial sex websites to solicit buyers for the victims. Mizrachi would schedule appointments for victims and keep almost all of the profits.

Additionally, officials reported that Mizrachi gave the victims heroin and fentanyl throughout the day to keep them under control.
