Palestinian teenager dies of IOF injuries in Ariha

The 17-year-old was taken by Israeli occupying forces after being injured on Sunday to a hospital in occupied Al-Quds where he succumbed to his injuries.

Palestinian teenager Mohammed al-Bitar, 17, was martyred on Sunday after succumbing to injuries sustained the day before by Israeli occupying forces during the assault on the Aqabat Jabr camp in Ariha, in the occupied West Bank.

His assassination brings to two the number of teenagers killed in the camp by IOF in the last 24 hours.

After being mortally wounded on Saturday, al-Bitar was taken by IOF to a hospital in occupied Al-Quds, where he died today.

Wafa The news agency reported that Ahmed Ashraf Hamidat, 15, was killed by Israeli occupying forces near the Aqabat Jabr camp cemetery on Saturday.

Since the start of the war on Gaza last October, the number of Palestinians killed by IOF in the occupied West Bank has reached 521, including 131 children. Around 5,000 Palestinians were injured during the same period. Additionally, “Israel” has arrested more than 8,850 Palestinians over the past eight months.

Palestinian news sources reported on Saturday that Palestinian Resistance fighters clashed with occupying forces who stormed the Aqabat Jaber camp and the town of Silet al-Dhahr, south of Jenin, in the northern West Bank.

The Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades – Jenin – announced that they had engaged in intense fighting against Israeli forces invading the town of Kafr Dan, using machine guns and explosive devices.

Furthermore, in Nablus, the Al-Aqsa martyrs confronted the IOF who stormed the surroundings of the Balata camp.

The Resistance group also said its brigades in Tulkarem on Friday targeted Israeli forces who were storming the Shweika suburb of Tulkarem using IEDs.
