It is a team led by Ram Prasad that searches for people in need of organs and victims. They are then sent to Iran.

Madhu and Sabit take care of things in Iran. Ten lakhs of hospitalization charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be distributed among them. It is hinted that Madhu is still in Iran.
