One stabbed in Williston

WILLISTON, N.D. (KXNET) — Williston police officers were called at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29 to a physical fight that led to a stabbing.

According to a department Facebook post, officers were called to the 1500 block of West 49th Street.

The police say that when they arrived, they came into contact with a man suffering from a stab wound.

The victim has non-critical injuries caused by a broken beer bottle.

Police say this was an isolated incident that started with an argument between neighbors.

A 55-year-old man has been arrested and several charges are pending.
