One dead after fatal stabbing in east Colorado Springs park

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) – One person has died following a fatal stabbing in Remington Park at 9 p.m. Monday, June 17.

According to the Colorado Springs Police Department, the incident occurred after a major disturbance in the area. When first responders arrived, the man was still alive, but died at the scene.

No suspects are in custody at this time and the investigation is still ongoing. Officials say more details are expected to be released tomorrow, June 19.
