Omari Kellyman: Chelsea complete £19m deal for Aston Villa teenager

Chelsea are closing in on a £19million deal for Aston Villa teenager Omari Kellyman.

Hours after missing out on Michael Olise due to financial concerns, the Blues have completed a deal for the highly-rated England Under-19 international.

Kellyman will now discuss personal terms with the Blues, which are not expected to pose a problem, before undergoing a medical.

The 18-year-old would sign a five or six year contract if an agreement on terms is reached.

Kelly has made six first-team appearances at Villa Park, including two Premier League outings last season, and is set to become manager Enzo Maresca's second signing.

Tosin Adarabioyo has joined Fulham on a free transfer and a deal has been agreed for Palmeiras prodigy Estevao Willian, but he will only join next summer.

The deal for Kelly comes days after Aston Villa completed a £37.5million deal for Chelsea's Ian Maatsen.

The Dutch left-back only needs to finalize his personal terms for his move to Villa Park to be finalized.

Borussia Dortmund attempted to turn Maatsen's season-long loan into a permanent transfer, but the Germans struggled to meet Chelsea's asking price.
