POLICE SAY THE SUSPECT SHOT A PERSON NEAR NORTHWEST 1/17 AND WESTERN, THEN TOOK OFF SHORTLY AFTER POLICE FOUND THIS SUSPECT AND FOLLOWED HIM TO BROADWAY. And that's when the chase began. LOOK AT. Part of this chase captured by our photographers' dash cam as he was en route to the scene. There, the driver's lights went out and police say he was in the wrong lanes, reaching speeds of 100 km/h.
