Ogle County Sheriff's Report: June 18-20, 2024

OREGON — On June 18 at approximately 10:54 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Northern Illinois Route 2 and Mud Creek Road for a registration violation. After further investigation, deputies arrested Ryan Klotz, 39, of Rockford, for driving while license revoked. Ryan was released on summons and a later court date was given.

On June 19 at 1:52 p.m., deputies stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Mowers Road and Illinois Route 251 for suspended registration. The driver, Jennifer Rose, 40, of Fulton, was cited for suspended registration and no automobile liability insurance. Rose was taken into custody on an out-of-state (Iowa) arrest warrant for third-degree theft in Iowa. Rose was transported to the Ogle County Jail in lieu of bail.

On June 19 at 11:21 a.m., deputies stopped a vehicle in the 5000 block of Northern Illinois Route 251 for suspension of its registration. The driver, Bernis Louis, 45, of Rockford, was cited for suspended registration, no automobile liability insurance and expired driver's license. Louis was released on site with summons.

On June 20 at 5:24 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Black Walnut Road and German Church Road. After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Misti List, 42, of Leaf River, for an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. List was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held pending his appearance before a judge.

On June 20, around 9 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 8000 block of Northern Illinois Route 251. After an initial investigation, deputies placed Kristine Cudak, 38, of Rockford, under arrest for driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance. . Deputies also cited Cudak for speeding. Cudak was transported to the Ogle County Jail and released with a notice to appear in court at a later date. A passenger in the vehicle, identified as Shanice D. Noblin, 31, of Rockford, was also taken into custody for an outstanding failure to appear warrant from Winnebago County. Noblin was booked into the Ogle County Jail.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
