(PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo.) — The Oak Ridge Fire burning near Beulah has grown to 787 acres with 0% containment as of Tuesday evening, June 25.

In addition to the growing fire, an air quality advisory was issued Tuesday by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) for Pueblo County and areas surrounding the fire. CDPHE said wind could push smoke in any direction Tuesday and overnight. The air quality advisory expires at 9 a.m. Wednesday.

The video below provided by Colorado's Multi-Mission Aircraft (MMA) was taken on June 25. Bright light indicates areas of intense heat, and the brightest light on the west side shows new growth.

Officials said crews were expecting potentially significant fire growth during a news conference Tuesday afternoon. Community members who are pre-evacuating should be prepared to leave if necessary, and those near evacuation areas should be ready if evacuation notice is necessary.

Firefighters will remain on scene Tuesday evening and will continue to monitor the fire throughout the night. Wednesday morning, Rocky Mountain Complex Incident Management Team 3 will assume command.
