North Tonawanda man accused of fatally stabbing Buffalo man

John Rudes, 28, was charged with second-degree murder, police said.

Northwest District officers responded to a report of a stabbing around 3:45 a.m. on September 17, 2023, in the 1000 block of Kenmore Avenue.

Officers found a victim with a stab wound, Terry Jackson of Buffalo. Jackson, 59, was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation followed.
