Norfolk police made the arrest on January 8 after stabbing a man on Northern Military Highway.

Norfolk Police charged a 45-year-old woman after she was stabbed earlier this year Northern Military Highway who left a man dead.

Shantika A. Davis45, was charged with first-degree murder in the January 8 death of Clarence E. Jefferson57, was taken to hospital for treatment, where he died from his injuries.

Davis was arrested June 8 in Virginia beach and is currently being held without bail at the Norfolk City Jail.
