DRUG REHABILITATION. IN NEW ORLEANS JAIL, POLICE INVESTIGATING AFTER A 57-YEAR-OLD MAN WAS KILLED AT SPRUCE AND CAMERON STREET. The shooting happened around 5:45 this evening. We're told officers found the victim shortly after the shooting. EMS TRANSPORTED HIM TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE HE DIED.

New Orleans police are investigating after authorities say a 57-year-old man was shot and killed in the 8400 block of Spruce Street in Uptown. We're told it happened just before 6 p.m. On Saturday, gunshots were reported in the area. The victim was transported to the hospital via New Orleans Emergency Medical Services.
