Mumbai, Jun 29 (PTI) After the arrest of a Lieutenant Commander rank officer by the Mumbai crime branch for alleged involvement in people smuggling to South Korea on fake documents, the Indian Navy said on Saturday that she would fully cooperate with law enforcement.

Lieutenant Commander Vipin Kumar Dagar (28) was arrested on Thursday from Colaba in south Mumbai for allegedly being part of a gang that sent people to South Korea with fake documents in exchange for money.

According to police, Dagar's associates confessed to sending 8-10 people to the East Asian country in this manner and charging Rs 10 lakhs per case.
