Monday June 10

At 4:01 p.m., Nicholas Deveno, 44, of Newport, Rhode Island, was summoned/cited by Officer Coates for Attempted Larceny <1,500.

At 7:15 p.m., Scott Herrmann, 64, of Newport, Rhode Island, was summoned/cited by Officer Gonsalves for one charge of alcohol, consuming alcohol, possession and opening a container in public.

At 7:15 p.m., Mark Herden, 42, of Newport, Rhode Island, was summoned/cited by Officer Gonsalves for one charge of alcohol, consuming alcohol, possession and opening a container in public.

At 9:22 a.m., Michael Murphy, 59, of Newport, Rhode Island, was summoned/cited by Officer Boghigian for general littering and alcohol, consumption, possession and opening a container in public.

Tuesday June 11

At 12:15 a.m., Luke Browner, 27, of Bristol, Rhode Island, was arrested by Officer Rayner for Resisting Lawful or Unlawful Arrest, Theft/$1,500 (All Others), Domestic – Disorderly Conduct and Domestic – Vandalism/malicious injury to prop.
