New York woman stabbed to death in Midtown Manhattan: NYPD Metro By Larry Celona And Allie Griffin Published June 12, 2024, 1:32 a.m. ET A 22-year-old woman was stabbed to death Tuesday night in Midtown, police said. The young victim was stabbed in the chest near the intersection of West 40th Street and Eighth Avenue around 10:17 p.m., according to the New York Police Department. She was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said. NYPD officers stand near the scene where a woman was stabbed in Manhattan Tuesday evening.
