New Jersey teen does 'evil' handstand, splits on stage at high school graduation

Weird but true

She leaves the public divide.

Most high school seniors can't wait to throw on their caps and twirl their pom poms at graduation.

But one agile New Jersey student turned heads instead — doing a sassy handstand and split jumpsuit to celebrate her graduation.

“Yes!” shouted the cheering crowd at Newark's Prudential Center Thursday as an unidentified Paramus Catholic High School graduate showed off her amateur gymnastics skills on stage.

The curly-haired scholar stretched before turning around, throwing her legs in the air and posing with her limbs spread horizontally.

Luckily, the tense teen wore a pair of well-fitting gray shorts under her crisp white graduation gown, keeping her crazy choreography stylish.

Yet his disapproving detractors online called the stunt “trashy.”

“This is ghetto,” one unamused user X commented under reposted images of the almost NSFW moment.

“Leave it to a Jersey school,” spat one Garden State hater.

“Doing this in a Catholic establishment [school] is evil,” wrote an equally stunned viewer.

“They will look back on it one day and cringe,” added another.

Questionable conduct appears to be a common theme at 2024 graduations.

An outraged Atlanta mother spewed a barrage of insults and epithets at an elementary school's end-of-year awards ceremony in May when her first-grade son was snubbed for recognition.

Chaos also erupted at a kindergarten graduation at Buckley Carpenter Elementary School in Somerville, Tennessee, last month, seeing at least 10 adults and children fighting during the party.

Matthew Eddy, a 49-year-old Wisconsin father, was charged with disorderly conduct after storming the stage of his daughter's high school graduation, shoving the principal, Rainey Briggs, and shouting “I don't I don't want her to touch him.”

Eddy claims he had “past issues” with the school official, according to a report.

Briggs obtained a restraining order against the crazy father.

Aside from the more explosive graduation outbursts, a handful of online spectators actually applauded the NJ Gen Zer for toasting her academic achievements by showing flexibility.

“PERIOD!! Show yourself,” one X user encouraged.

“At least she wore the appropriate clothes underneath for that moment,” another noted.

“You know what,” another supporter wrote, “good for her.”
