NB news: The body of a man identified

Saint John police have identified the remains of a man found near the Reversing Falls earlier this week.

According to a police news release, police are investigating the death of James “Jimmy” Mailman, 47. Police found his remains on the banks of the St. John River around 4:20 p.m. Tuesday.

“The Saint John Police Department extends its condolences to the family and friends of Jimmy Mailman at this very difficult time,” the statement said.
