National Alert for Missing Minnesota Teen

Pine City, MN (KROC-AM News) – The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has issued a statewide missing persons alert for a 15-year-old girl.

The alert says Destiny Rae Matrious was reported missing to the Pine County Sheriff's Office on June 16. Her family reported that the teen unknowingly left their Pine City home overnight and never returned.

Investigators suspect Destiny may be in the Danbury and Siren areas of Wisconsin.

She is described as Native American, 5'3″, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. It is unclear what clothing she was wearing when she left her family's home.

Anyone with information regarding Destiny's location is asked to contact the Pine County Sheriff's Office at 320-629-8380.
