Yesterday evening, officers from the Vicaria-Mercato police station, passing through Piazza Capuana, noticed a man sitting on a bench who was approached by several individuals who, after giving him money, received in exchange packages taken out of his pockets. The police, having noticed the scene, intervened immediately and arrested the suspect, finding him in possession of 13 doses of cocaine and 180 euros in small denominations. As a result, a 45-year-old Naples man with a criminal record including specific offenses was arrested for illegal possession and drug trafficking.
