NAEC CEO describes area near Briarcliff as 'ugly scene'

Sunday morning's storms caused widespread power outages in the Twin Lakes area. Mel Coleman, CEO of the North Arkansas Electric Cooperative, was north of the Briarcliff entrance when he spoke to KTLO, Classic Hits and Sammy Raycraft about The Boot, and he said it was an ugly scene.
