Multiple drownings Thursday, Thunderbird Lake drowning victim identified

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to several reported drownings in Oklahoma.

One of them was at Thunderbird Lake.

OHP has identified the Lake Thunderbird drowning victim as Sean Mooney, 53, of Harrah.

OHP confirmed Mooney was working on his boat and fell overboard for an unknown reason Wednesday, and did not resurface. Family members reported him missing around noon Thursday, OHP said.

He was found by OHP around 5:45 p.m. Thursday.
